2.The ACCA Education at the School of Accounting
As an international program, under the key construction of Xi’an Eurasia University, ACCA was formally established in 2009. For more than ten years, ACCA has been committed to cultivating international accounting talents. In April 2021, Xi’an Eurasia University was approved as an "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" by ACCA UK Headquarters. This marks that the ACCA teaching software and hardware, as well as the quality and level of ACCA services of student affairs in the School of Accounting have been highly recognized by ACCA UK Headquarters.
The ACCA class of the School offers a dual-degree education with both international and domestic degree. During the study, students will be required to pass the degree dissertation, global examination that ACCA Applied knowledge and Practical skills, and then they will obtain the Bachelor of Science with honors from Oxford Brookes University.
According to the regulations of ACCA UK Headquarters, students can get ACCA "Diploma in Accounting and Business" if they pass the global examination of ACCA Applied knowledge courses and the foundation stage of ethics test.
If the students could pass the ACCA Practical skills global exam and complete the ethics module, they will be awarded the ACCA "Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business".
The ACCA class of accounting major implements professional courses at ACCA undergraduate level in an embedded teaching way, which is included in the teaching plan of accounting major.
Teachers use English textbooks in teaching, and use Chinese and English bilingual teaching. Students participate in ACCA School examination and ACCA global unified examination. The ACCA Center of the School of Accounting is directly connecting with ACCA UK headquarters, and seamlessly linking with ACCA Beijing office. ACCA Center is responsible for providing teaching and teaching affairs service, registration service and “ACCA Computer Exam Center” service for our ACCA students. ACCA Centre will spare no effort to offer a full range of services for all of our ACCA students.
