1．Study ACCA Refund Policy

(1) Students who cannot continue to attend Xi'an Eurasian University due to illness during their stay at the school must withdraw with the approval of relevant departments of the school. If you withdraw due to illness, the ACCA fee will only be refunded for the part that has not yet attended the class, and the fee for the class that has been attended will not be refunded.

(2) ACCA tuition will not be refunded if the student is expelled from the school for violating national laws during the school.

(3) Disclaimer: During the school period, students who do not attend classes in accordance with

the school's teaching plan will not refund any fees.

2．ACCA Student Course transfers regulation

ACCA students majoring in accounting are not allowed to transfer to other majors for any reason. But you can choose courses in other majors, which are limited to elective courses.

 When freshmen enter the university to register, students of other majors can apply to transfer to ACCA for accounting, but they need to go the admissions office to complete the transfer procedures before they can enter ACCA classes.

 Students of other majors are not allowed to transfer to ACCA for accounting after the freshmen start their classes, nor can they take any courses of ACCA. The regulations of the Academic Affairs Office of Xi’an Eurasia University on the transfer of students from general majors to majors do not apply to ACCA classes in the International Project Accounting School.

3．Visa applications

Since all ACCA students entering Xi'an Eurasia University are Chinese students, there is no visa issue. Neither the school nor the students need to bear any visa responsibilities.

4．Charge standard

Regarding ACCA study fees, before enrolling, there is a clear fee standard in the admissions network of Xi’an Eurasia College: ACCA students need to pay ACCA tuition fees of 30,000 yuan(The annual payment is RMB 10,000，the payment will be completed in three years).  In addition, during the ACCA study process, registration fees, examination service fees and annual fees are also required to be paid to ACCA. 5．Privacy policy

In accordance with the laws and regulations on the protection of personal information privacy stipulated in the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the ACCA Center will implement a confidentiality system for all student information obtained. The ACCA Center collects student learning results, uses it to analyze teaching quality, and also monitors students’ learning status. It is not allowed to disclose the personal information of students without their consent.

6．Student's information

Students details will be shared with ACCA for the use of Result Service. Result service is the mechanism of gathering student data to allow for the analysis of pass rates.
